This information relates to the way that Henry Harvin Education cheated me and probably many other people as well.
Swathi is one of the coordinators that communicated with me after I made my inquiry about English Speaking course. I have paid Rs. 20, 000 after confirming my choice of the 8 PM evening batch for the “English Speaking Advanced Level C1 & C2 course”. Once after paying Rs. 20000 course fee, when I called back to Swati (Henry Harvin co-ordinator), she was not responding over call & even not responding over WhatsApp.
Then, I began following up with Henry Harvin Customer Care, but I haven't received any information from them on the start date of the evening batch classes. When I called customer care, every time a new person talking with me & inform me that batch will start soon. Even I raised multiple online complaints in Henry Harvin customer support portal also.
After multiple discussions with customer care team, I realized that Henry Harvin had cheated me. Then started asking about the refund of my money. When I inquired for a refund, they told me to allow them a day and they would allocate you a batch. Till today they have not started or allotted any of the evening batch. Now I completely lost the trust on this institute. They are simply cheating the people.
Requesting that Henry Harvin Education be subjected to legal action because it is a wholly unethical and fraudulent institution.
