I registered for French Level C1 course for my son on 14th Oct, 2021 by paying Rs. 14999/-. They made me to register by giving the below promises,
1. Batches have already been scheduled so that the classes would start immediately after registration.
2. I should register immediately after the demo class to get in to the batch. So I paid immediately. I have the proof of payment as well.
3. Course curriculum and learning materials would be provided within 24 hours of registration.
After registration there was no communication about the start of the class. Hence, I contacted and did not get any response. I understood the reality and requested for refund within 7 days of registration as per their refund policy. That refused to follow up with their own policy and did not refund.
As a result of my regular follow ups over phone and emails they gave me a Schedule starting 27th Oct 2021 . I struggled a lot to get the link to attend this induction class. Then no continuation as per schedule.
So, I asked them for refund second time. They convinced me and gave another class schedule starting 18th Nov 21 . Again an introduction class for one hour and no continuation then.
Both the schedules were fake and did not happen in real time. I have all the email communication recorded from day 1. I have marked the Founder of the Institute in my emails. No response. Its very obvious that I had been managed with fake schedules. Third time I asked for refund on 28th Nov 2021 and followed up with them till 1st Dec. They gave me another schedule as usual and I refused it.
I believe that the institute has no proper requirements to teach the course. They have given a link for course material in their learning site which is a very old version of exam preparation material available in the external websites for free of cost. They have no course material.
And, no institute has the right to keep the money of the student without giving the learning as promised. I am facing mental agony from the day of registration.
The learner is a 13 year old minor student who was made to wait as per their fake schedules and got disappointed every time. He doesn't have to face such bad experience. I had to follow up with 2 counsellors as the first person resigned. I am exhausted by following up with them for one and half month for the 40 Hours course.
Kindly help me to get my money back.
Thank You
