Herculean Run — Event was cancelled, we were fooled and still they haven't refunded my money

I have paid ₹18800 to herculean run for 12 tickets. When i went to event location, there were nothing. We have been told that there will be 35 obstacles but there was hardly 3 with no safety. There was only 2 volunteers claiming that there organiser is in hospital because of some obstacle. Its was looking like everything was planned. And it turns out to be scam. No one was participated and the event got cancelled. They assure us refund but nothing has been refunded yet. Company ceo is mr shani malwa. Please look into the matter and help is. I have paid through instamojo.
