Hello Sir,
My father Mr. Kailas Kisan Yevale purchased a bike "Splendor plus" at your Chakan Sehgal Showroom on 12th Feb 2016. at that time your executive told us that the vehicle number will get to you within 5 to 6 days by RTO. When I go to your showroom today after 15 days, & I asked about my vehicle number, there is a lady who speak very rude with my father. She gave us meaning less answers & told us that go to the manager ot ask the person who committed you for vehicle number. I would like to do complaint of that lady due to bad service. I want immediate action on it or if you are not able to do any action & solve my problem then take it your bike back & return my amount. & if you want any clarification then you can call me any time. I am waiting for your immediate reply.
