I have purchase hero bike splendor plus and service was take free but when i goes for first service at authorized center in latur then some parts of my bike damaged from service center. I requested to works center about that parts in next service time then they say that that part are not garanted from us and neglect for my request. Every time they gives nonsense services to customer and also they give proper service to his relative or close persons so that i request to legal authority they verify internal control about authorized center of hero in latur.
