Hettich India is indulging in unethical and unprofessional activities by changing the Warranty terms are changed retrospectively and now not issuing replacement as per agreed terms at the time of purchase.
Hettich products were purchased from authorised dealer, distributor of Hettich India despite the price costlier than other competitors, I went ahead with Hettich thinking that they are company of repute so they wd give proper service
But later on they changed teh terms and conditions of guarantee of their products, and reduced the period to 2 years, might be for the reason that they are able to sell more products and now they are established
But when I purchased the products then I was made to believe for a lifetime warranty none othr than the people of higher positions and which are still in Hettich India

But now they are not honouring their committemnets. One of my kitchen fitting is not working due to malfunctioning of teh product. I lodged complaint number [protected] dt 10.12.2020, but company is refusing to replace it
Hettich didnt even inform me that what happened to my complaint as now I hv to chase teh company on their customer care number to know the status of my complaint and its their customer care executive who informed me that warranty is only for 2 years so replcement is denied.
How can company go back and dont honour their committment
If today they are established in sales then that doesnt mean that they wd do and iundulge in all unethical and unprofessional activities
