Be Careful Before Sending Money
I decided to test Hexa Capital with a small investment before committing more funds. I deposited USD 100 initially and later another USD 100 after being told that a larger balance was required for AI/algorithmic trading.
The representatives were very responsive before I invested. They frequently contacted me, showed screenshots of trading results, and assured me that the AI trading system would generate high profits. My trading account later displayed a much higher balance, which encouraged me to believe the trading was successful.
However, when I requested to withdraw my funds, I was informed that I had to make an additional payment o[censored]SD 1, 000 before my withdrawal could be processed. I questioned this requirement and asked if the amount could be deducted from my trading balance, but I was told to transfer the money first.
Following their instructions, I transferred the additional payment through the payment details provided by the platform. After that, communication stopped. My calls and messages were no longer answered, and I was blocked on WhatsApp. I have not received my funds.
Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering investing with Hexa Capital perform thorough due diligence, verify the company's regulatory status, and be extremely cautious before transferring any money.
