Dear Consumer Complaint Authority,
I am filing a formal complaint against HeyCasties regarding the non-delivery of my order and their unresponsive customer service.
I placed an order for a phone case on January 19, 2025, with Order ID #84813. However, even after more than a month, I have not received my order. I attempted to contact their customer service through the email address provided on their website, but my email bounced back, stating that the address was not found.And the contact us option given in their website is also not working.Till now, I have received no response or update regarding my order.
