Hi.airpods — Received duplicate product and now not giving refund

I bought a pair of Airpods pro from instagram account : https://www.instagram.com/hi.airpods/

I was told these are genuine Apple products, I received fake product. I reported to this person, they sent another pair as replacement but even that fake. I asked them to process refund. They agreed, couple of days later after repeatedly asking they blocked me.

Updated by Tanay Lodh I have clearly stated that the products I have received are fake and I haven't been refunded.

I had accidentally put up a screenshot with my phone number in this post. The answer you need is already in the post. This is a scam seller, please don't call me to confirm. I have already made it pretty clear that this is a scam.
