On 14th December 2022, I saw an add on instagram selling original airpods pro for 7000/- rupees with 1 year apple warranty and with bill. I confirmed weather the product is genuine or fake but the merchant convinced me its fake and I placed the order. I payed 200/- rupees advance and 7800/- rupees COD, on 19th December 2022 when I received the order.
when i received the order there was no bill in the package and the serial number when checked on apple support, It says its coverage has been expired, in fact when i connected the device with my iphone 12, in settings the serial number does not match with that on the box.
I payed in total an amount of 8000/- rupees and i want refund.
I texted the merchant as he said they have a 7 days return policy, he's not replying to me at all.
He is a total fraud.
Please help me get my money back.
I request a refund.
