On 17th July 2022-My house hold good (refrigerator) was packed and transported by truck from Hyderabad to Guntur. i paid up 4500/- with including insurance.
1) Though I paid up for the insurance, they didn't pay this to insurance company.
2) Finally it came after severe follow-ups and Goods arrived 7 days later, that too they were dumped goods around 11.00PM.
3)When we unpacked the refrigerator we have seen dents and scratches all around. and refrigerator is not working as well.
4)Now these Hi-tech Safe Packers And Movers Pvt Ltd not answering my call as well.
5)VERY POOR PACKING DONE- Used some shrink-wrap plastic & cheap cardboard and promised 6 layer packing later in godown which never happened
Extremely bad packer.
Initially they will quote you a small amount which will be very low compared to other packers and movers, once the goods are with them they will send you a High amount of bill stating this is correct price.at this point of time we cannot do any thing. Was this information helpful? |
