Highway Delite Mysore — Fasttag not recharged by highway wallet

I paid for recharge of my icici fastag with highway delite mobile app (www.Highwaydelite.Com).
I paid rs.[protected] + 3000). On 29th jan and 3rd feb
the recharge did not happen, the company helpline does not respond. Emails dont respond. Is sent emails, got response that will check, after that no action.
No refund no recharge.
Company website seems to show in mysore.
They are operating a ewallet, dont know how.
Seems a fraud company.
