Hikvision India Ltd — defective cameras submitted to company but replacement been not given for months

As told to me by mr satya and mr vignesh from hikvision mumbai, i submitted the defective camera with their dealer of hikvision delhi to mr kashif on[protected] and i was told that new replacement camera wd be issued to me soon

But even after 26 days no action taken as mr kashif says that his person visited hikvision office in delhi 3-4 times but they are not giving the replacement camera. When i call on mobile of vignesh / satya of hikvision mumbaithen they dont pick the mobile.

I wrote so many emails to hikvision hq at china to [protected]@hikvision.com and [protected]@hikvision.com and [protected]@hikvision.com, but none even responds back and just to forget any resolution

I am feeling that i am dealing with fraudsters
