Hil Epf Trust (Hindustan Instruments Ltd Employee Provident Fund Trust) — pf transfer is pending with hil trust - for four years

Hi i am muthulakshmi ms relieved from hcl on june 2014. Submitted by pf transfer form. Hcl gave 1 document with cheque details and told lie as my pf is transferred.

But it is not transferred, when i enquire in pf office it is pending with hil trust for approval. It is being pending for four years. I am in need of pf money. I am very much disappointed with hcl pf services.
When i communicated via ex-employee portal, there is no reply from their side.
