Hilton Worldwide — confirmation of offer letter

I've got an offer letter from Hilton worldwide for the position of guest service associate in Canada. The name of the HR is Anil Mathew. They took money from me for document verification and medical as a security deposit and they said it'll be refunded in 2-3 days. They have told me that there will be of 15 days in Chennai. But they've not told me the exact property I'll be placed in. I can provide the offer letter if required. I just want to know that is it real or fake.
