Himalayan Heli — I m complaining about Money Fraud

Respected Sir,
We became victims of one the fraud call .We called one person for Helicopter service for Vaishno Devi .We call on one number [protected] .I asked him to book 5 tickets for Vaishnodevi.He charged us Rs 8650 & confirm the ticket though that ticket is fake. He again called me that u have to make a insurance of Rs 5500 which is refundable in 10 min then your ticket will be agreed. We submit that amount also after waiting of one hr I call him again that we have not yet recieved insurance amount of Rs5500. He said your PNR number got block so again u have to book ticket then u will get your previous amount of Rs 8650 & Rs 5500. On his such a convincing words we again submit a amount of Rs 8650 then again he call us for that u again have to pay Rs 5500 as insurance amount as this is a new ticket .it is refundable as well. So u will get back Rs 8650, 5500, 5500 in your account. So we paid again in order to get back our previous payments. But Sir he made a fraud we have not received any single penny nor our tickets got booked. So in total he took Rs 28300 from us. All payments were made through Google pay.Pls Sir help us. I m Small Government school teacher. I don't have that much of income. This is the only source.I have to pay a loan from my salary as well. Please I request u to kindly see in this case & help me in getting the refund. I have raised the complaint in bank as well .They have put the amount as Shadow amount but we will not able to withdraw it. Please Sir help me how will I get my balance back in my account
