I had booked helicopter services for 5 o[censored]s from Phata Thumby Helipad to Kedarnath. Travel date was 22nd September, 2023. The ticket was issued by Mr Raghav Mittal, Senior Sales Manager, Himalayan Heli Service Pvt Ltd. When we reached Phata Helipad, we were told that the ticket was fake and we realized that we were subjected to a fraud. We had to travel by horse by spending an additional amount of Rs.16, 000/-

We have paid a total amount of Rs.13, 750/- for 5 tickets. Attached is the mail that I had received.
