Hind Automobile — motor cycle number plate not provide I also pad for this to hind automobile

I bought a motor cycle from hind automobile on 17 may 2018 and i also pay him all money in cash which required like number plate, rc, insurance and all other my rc also taken by me on 5/07/2018 but number plate not given to me and when i asked my number plate they told me that the number plate registration not done by hind automobiles. I also confirm from hind automobile about this firstly they told me that the number plate will come in 2-3 days but not given at last i visit hind automobiles and ask abiut number plate then they told the number plate registration not done by them.
