Dear Sir, your sales record is impressive I know such an achievement does not come easily, and I compliment you on your companies hard work you have set a high standards to follow. I noticed that some of your employees are betraying you and your company at your back. I am writing to bring your attention to a problem regarding the scams happening in your company. Few names are as follows.
MANOJ KUMAR SINGH (H.O.D)
RAMDAS GAVANI (store manager)
KALAVATI SHANBAG (purchase department)
DEBOSHISH MISHRA(purchase department)
The above names I have mentioned are doing scams in sales and purchase section. The above staff giving your company material to MUBA ENTERPRISES, against the company policy. Few months ago your company caught and hold MUBA ENTERPRISES owner, in his truck HINDALCO staff found camera, cloths and electrical materials, which were not in the approved sales list neither in the purchase requisition, but unfortunately no one has taken any disciplinary action on him, company didn’t take any strict action on him, every time he and his truck enters HINDALCO company premises without any safety equipment like ( helmet, shoes, gloves, safety jackets).Attached you 2 files, for your easy reference.
In the latest auction of METEX, your company people didn’t give it to 1st and 2nd highest bidder, they directly gave it to 3rd bidder (MUBA ENTERPRISES), this happens every time when he comes to the auction .
He keeps 50, 000rs deposit and he picks all the good material at cheaper rate such as (copper, brass, stainless steel, Nihad ) and leaves all the remaining scrap material, and none of the officers are forcing him to take the scrap, for confirmation please visit your HINDOLCO scrap yard . The cost of crane is 3 lakhs, but the company is paying him 1.5 lakh per month in which there is no good facilities of rope wire, chain belt, in which the officers have the percentage in the payment . The owner of MOBO ENTERPRISES takes the material by different names, Your company people gives him full support to do such activity. He offers some bribe to the above people to get his work done without any problems to get the clearance from the gate. The bribe offered to the related officers, not only the money but also flight tickets, costly watches, mobiles etc.
I draft this E-mail to bring this scam in frontof you to show the actual picture that what’s going on in the HINDALCO belagavi .I belief there will be unbiased investigation and culprits will be punished. This mean that above written content does not drafted to harm personal, but it is written in the hope to get proper judgment.
