Hinduja Housing Finance Ltd. — Forcloser Of Loan Cheating & Fraud by Hinduja Group

This is to draw your kind attention towards my matter of foreclosure,
It has been last 19 days since I've closed my loan with Hinduja Housing Finance Ltd (Vaishali Branch) bearing loan number:- DL/MNR/PLKH/A[protected].
More than 15 working days has been passed and i've still not received my property documents back from Hinduja even after daily follow up from my side only, there's no kind of revert or response from any of the Hinduja staff being the 1st reason of my foreclosure,
Also, I've 1st time in my life experienced that the toll free number[protected],[protected] of such a big group doesn't work as i've been constantly trying multiple times to make contact with any of your company's employee through toll free to file my complain but i don't know why and how nobody answers it,
I don't understand how such a big housing finance company can be so unprofessional in terms of customer services,
Moreover I was shocked to see the number of complaints filed against your company regarding the same matter which is compelling me to panic and file for a legal complaint against your company as your staff is continuously misguiding me from the start and has also charged me with various unnecessary foreclosure charges too even after telling me that there would be no charges applied when ill close this loan, They also charged me the interest for this month which they said would be refunded and i also asked for my signing kit copy which i must have signed in the starting of my loan to check for some details regarding the charges but there's no response to that also!
No-one in the branch or your fake toll free has ever resolved any of my problems as of now.

So please consider my this mail as a last warning to resolve my issues and revert me before 24 hours or the consequences could be severe and could result into filing of complaints under National Housing Board & Banking Ombudsman Also would raise this matter over Social Media of how your company is doing fraud with its customers and making then wait for 3-3 months just to return their papers back even after then paying all your complete dues. and also that there's nobody hired to answer the customer queries and grievances and there's nothing no time period mentioned on any of the documents related to anything telling about the TAT Period of certain things like these of which the company takes no accountability.
