kindly help to issue my baby girl's birth certificate my baby is born at hindurao hospital on 8th march 2021.but we struggling to get her birth certificate. we trying to contact hospital's record room and ndmc office rajpura delhi they refuse to give any information. and they ask you will get a otp from hospital to issue birth certificate
