I have purchased a swift dzire cas on dated 10/11/2015 from above dealer of bokaro, but they had harassing me several times for registration number, after several times of inquiry in between the period i had paid 3 times road fine due to unavailability of R.card, now they are giving me the tax token not registration card from the date of 15/1/2016[copy attached] but the matter is that i had paid total amount on purchased date, the dealer has kept my amount for more than two months, so please do the immediate action.
