I had booked a plot measuring 210 sq.yd during 2007 in "New York Valley, Shahpur, Maharashtra" a Project of Hindustan Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. However, the registry of the plot was done during the year 2010 but the possession of the land with other committed facilities are still not provided by the Hindustan Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.
You are requested to please ask M/s Hindustan Buildcon Pvt Ltd to handover the possession of the land at the earliest please.
