- client no.- Hindustan pencils pvt. Ltd. ( MH95237R52679 - as per company mumbai head courier office ID card)
-description of incident - below is the details:
1. received advertisement of work from home pencil packing job on facebook page and given whatsapp no. for details.
2. on 5th Mar'23 contact person given details required (aadhar card no, passport size photo, current address) on whatsapp.
3. after sending document he asking 750 Rs. for company ID card charges. after UPI payment he sent ID card on my whatsapp no.
4. he demanded 1999 for company registration charges for one time.
5. after that he asking for 5199 Rs. for company raw material (bulk pencils and empty boxes) charges to provide material at your current address.
6. after sending money, he told that material is ready & for dispatching material from main branch to location warehouse by truck he demanded 7199 Rs. for this as per company process. (don't know what is company policy)
7. then I realised that it is scam because he demanded money when received consecutive amount on his provided mobile no.
8. so, total 7498 Rs. given to respective guy until realization. then asking for his documents over whatsapp no. & he sent his company ID card.(maybe fake) and mumbai head ID company card.
9. then i asked about company process & policy document for work from home packing job. but, he refuses that one.
-desirable resolution of complaint - i request a refund of 7498 Rs. which is sent to company. and require hindustan pencils process policy document as per government company laws & regulations. or else provide raw material for given amount that need to be complete in work from home packing job scenario.
