This is Senthil from Coimbatore and inquiring for the 21 (2006) year old car and got a quote of 6, 000 rupees + GST (18%) = 7080 from Coimbatore to Chennai and I confirmed with Ruhi Choudary (have WhatsApp message on 27th April 2026) before picking up the car.I verified with her on, she clearly mentioned "YES" in the attachment. Initially they asked for Rs. 1, 000 for Booking fee and slot booking, then I showed them the terms & conditions of old document dated April, 15, 2025. I thought that 7080 is final quoted price and now been to 15, 673.94.
Now the attached LR from Priya Sharma came with values more than it is priced higher and secondly you are holding the car till the payment is paid which is not in T&C, how did she pick up the numbers when the IDV value is 1, 10, 000 (attached vehicle insurance proof) as per vehicle LR (IDV Value shows. (1, 82, 076) & 4% of a 21year car which is too much other than the Normal industry standards)
In the LR of the "Owner's Risk", then why did you need to add the "Transit Insurance" ? Now, I don't know where my car is located. She is asking for the payment, and I am having a dispute with the LR.
The car will be delivered at home in 4-5 days as per quote, and still now it is close to 10 days and there is trouble in the truck carrying the car. (Deficiency of service) Was this information helpful? |
