Sir I have bought a residential plot from hindustanbuildwell, Jhandewala in thier NEW YORK CITY PROJECT at their site in vill-Birwari, shahapur, Thane (Dist) Maharashtra in 2006.As they have promiosed in MOU to hand over the project and possession by 31 Dec 2009.Five years passed from the date of promise and 8 yrs from the date of purchase of the plot.The builder has not only completed the project till now except to do some development work for calming the investors but playing with the hard earned money of customers some body invested the money by taking loan by paying 10% interest as the huge returns offered by them while investing.This company is compelling investors to do the registration and make house so that appreciation of the project will take place and some of the investors already registered and waiting for further development.The builder every time says the deveolepment will complete in 1 yr the same they are saying since 2009.My money is really blocked as I feel including registration charges i paid Appx 3, 25000/-.I need your help either getting my money back from the builder with a huge penality as if i had invested the same in other places/project i would have got 3 times of my investment.Expecting your intervention and necessary remedial action.Thanks
