Hindustantimes — Subscription not started by HT media

I have made numberous calls and send them numberous emails but there is no response from their side. The subscription was supposed to start from August but still no subscription started till now. I have told them to give my money back and they are not ready to do also. I am giving you the copy of that email. My Subscription number is 1653698 and my complaint number is 816. Last year also I had to face this problem and once they started giving paper it was not regular and they have also ended the scheme before time. If you don't want start paper, kindly return my money as soon as possible. From the next time I am not going to recommend HT media subscription and I am also not going to buy it. Thanks and regards.
