I have been calling hindware customer care from past 11 days to send us a technician to repair my air cooler. From the past 11 days they are simply sending reminder to their engineers and technicians and none of them are attending us to claim the warranty and to repair the cooler. The customer care service provided us with the number of the area incharge and even they are not responding to us. My product is in kerala, kochi and the area incharge of here is not taking any responsibility for this. They are not receiving our calls neither they are doing anything to solve our problem and nor they are sending their engineers to repair the products. They are stating that they do not know any languages other than malayalam and so they are simply disconnecting our calls all the time. Please do take necessary action against this.
