Hiranandani group had launched project in panvel and had started collecting money from jan 2016 onward,
The project was offered for rs 10, 164 per sq ft carpet area all inclusive (I. E 95.5 lac for 904 sq ft area).
They have been collecting money for past 1.8 year and then finally decide to rename the project and cancelled booking of all customer and have been asking customer to book the same project at higher cost.
As the company has failed to start the project on time, they have decided to rename it and collect money at today market rate.
The practice only reflect that the builder are just renaming project and trying to collect the money at higher rate.
