My internet issue has been pending since April 18th with no proper resolution till date. Complaints are repeatedly being closed without any technician visit or confirmation from my side.
Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same response that the issue will be resolved within 1–2 hours, but no actual action is taken. I also experienced rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the customer support executives during a follow-up call.
I had additionally requested an update to my registered mobile number through email, but there has been no proper response from the team even through email communication.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue still continues, causing significant inconvenience. I request the company to either provide a permanent resolution immediately or process an appropriate refund for the affected service period. Was this information helpful? |
