Hirexa Services — Receiving threatening mails from Hirexa company stating that I have not completed the work

Due to financial crisis in the pandemic, I wanted to work for some company to earn money.So i have applied in quikr for the job.It was a form filling job where i had to fill 700 forms in 7 days.The person who called me regarding this job didnt provide me much details.I had to ask him everythng regarding the job. The day i joined they asked me to send aadhar card details and email id to join.Thinking that this would be a genuine work i joined this job.That person told me that my working days would be counted from the next day.The next day when I called them for work I was told that website is not working and hence work would be started after 3 days and therefore my working days would be counted from that day.Later after 3 days they didnt even inform me about the website which they told they will.Late in the evening when i texted that person told me how to start the work.This company was based in gujarat as i was told but the person was speaking in telugu.Everyday i used to take 4-5 hours for completing.In between many times they blocked my account for no reason so that i couldnt complete and some days they didnt provide me work as well during that time.The website showed nill forms in the workload tab which means that they didnt provide work.I asked and texted that person regarding this problem.Because their website problem they didnt provide me work.I reached out for help to the helpline number They didnt lift the call as well.The person also stopped responding to suddenly.He blocked me in whatsapp and receiving any of my calls.One day Ireceived a call stating that Hirexa Service company has filed a case against me due to breach of contract.I even have the proofs of all the call recordings and messages for my safety.Now i received a normal message stating that the notice has been sent to my legal adddress within 72 hours .What should i do right now.I have not replied to such messaged and they have provided me a number as well who has been appointed by Government as public prosecuter.I think that this is a fraud.I have no mistake on my part.They have been threatening me with the messaged and calls saying that the cops would come and arrest me in case I dont appear in a court at gujarat to pay the notice fees .This is a major fraud company.Please help me regarding this .I have received messages from QP-ATVTSF.The person is not responding to any phone calls now.I request you to please help me in this regard as soon as possible.Please resolve this complaint.
