This has regards to my entitlement for two free services for a Hisense AC purchased last year on 8th June from Amazon valid within a timeframe of 1 year from the purchase date.
Details are attached herewith:
I had booked a service today thru the costumer care of Hisense for 23rd Jan2023 via #[protected]. However, I haven’t received any sms or mail confirmation yet.
This service was never delivered/completed by Hisense.
I need this free service asap by all means to the following address which I something I clearly specified on my call to your help desk no: [protected].

Furthermore, since yesterday, the person calling from this number: +[protected] has been disconnecting the call every time he says hello can you hear me? Is this being done on purpose to harass the customer and test his/her patience?
If they cannot arrange a technician visit for a free service that I am entitled, then i need to find some other means to get this done.
Hisense India is simply false commitments by making baseless allegations that my number is not reachable. I’ve provided my alternate numbers as well but the person calling from the same number cuts the call after saying hello am I audible? I also received a call on my alternate number wherein the same thing happened.
Everyone is able to hear me when they call my number but i do not understand why the person calling from this number +[protected] keeps asking if I am audible?
They should stop being a nuisance and assign the service docket/ticket to your third-party service provider viz. Jeeves who did the installation locally for Kolkata market.
I think that it is the shoddiest experience that I ever had from a brand while trying to book a free service for an AC. I’ve other brand AC’s and never had any concerns booking a free service or an AMC.
If Hisense is selling your products in the Indian markets, they must make sure they have a responsible and timely after sales service at the behest of the customer to provide a simple service whenever requested otherwise this brand of yours will not be able to thrive over a period of time especially given the experience that I am having to deal with while trying to book a simple service.
I have provided enough contact numbers that I may be reached at. All the information is provided in my trail mails. I do not know what else they need to book a simple service request.
