Reg: Received a Defective pc
Yesterday I received my refrigerator Hitachi from Vijay Sales showroom- Mumbai.
The fridge was delivered and installed at my house yesterday. Today I am writing this letter to complain about the defected pc that I received.
Such issues just after purchasing a new refrigerator are quite harassing. So, I would like to request you to initiate a replacement of this refrigerator and deliver me a new one against this defective machine.
I am also attaching the purchasing invoice with this letter + pictures of the defect.
This has really come to me with a big surprise that the Showroom "Vijay Sales" despatched the pc without inspection
For you information I have a Refrigerator working for more than 15 yrs & till date the gasket is in tack.
I need your reply immediately with a replacement pc.
