[Resolved]  Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited — ac issue _ [protected]

I have purchased ac on 16th june 2019 from flipkart, installation of the same has been done on 21st june 2019, i started facing cooling issues on 25th june and register a complaint to hitachi on 1 july 2019, there technician visited on 2nd july and inform me that some major part are not working and it will take 2 days to replace it. But after that there is no communication or update from hitachi, i am calling hitachi on daily basis but they are just giving me assurance, i dont want to keep this ac now, i cant understand how major parts can get destroyed in just 4 days, there is some major problem in ac, its already been 10 days. I need full refund now including installation.
