We have taken the franchise of wla atm from hitachi company. Before that they informed us that we have to keep deposit of rs.50, 000/-. For which we have made the payments. Now as we have return the wla atm to them and they are not refunding the amount. As in the sla there is mentioned that rs. 20, 000 will be deducted and rs. 30, 000 will get refuned when atm is been returned. Now they are not responding to our call or mail.
