I have ordered a saree, cost 1195 on 1st august, 2020, from this place and it was damaged so i've returned which costed me additional 200 rupees.in exchange i've ordered another saree on 26th august, 2020, which i've received after 20 days. It turned out to be damaged as well.
I've sent the unboxing video and requested for a refund, she didn't addressed the issue properly and blamed it on the vendor she was dealing with even though she was the one who is selling the saree online as her business and i've nothing to do with the vendors she deals with.
Initially she agreed to refund full amount, including two time courier charges, but later she was reluctant in doing the same. After a long conversation i received the vendor address and i've returned the saree through dtdc on 18th, august, 2020. I was promised that i will be receiving the full refund as soon as i courier the saree and sent her the tracking number (H[protected]. Now she's telling me that i've to wait for my refund till the saree is received by the vendor.
I've couriered the sarees both times using dtdc yet she was insisting on that i should have used india post and that she won't co ver the charges beyond what india post would have charged. There was no mention of this policy anywhere in her terms and conditions and it wasn't mentioned while i was talking to her about refund that it was compulsory to use india post and no other courier service.
Despite doing everything right i was treated disrespectfully and the language was demeaning. When i confronted her about her behaviour towards me she became agitated and started blaming me for not keeping my calm. She made the refund process like i'm begging for my money.
I would like to have full refund as promised by kavya, as follows:
1195 (Saree)
+ 200 (First return charges)
+ 200 (Second return charges)
= 1595 (Total)
