HM Electronics — Complaint regarding fraud non-receipt of ordered televisions and non-refund of amount paid

I am writing this letter to formally lodge a complaint against an individual from whom I ordered five televisions, but neither have I received the products nor has the person returned the amount I paid. On 15th April, 2025, I placed an order for 5 televisions with HM Electronics (Chanchal Sharma), who had assured me timely delivery. The total value of the order was Rs. ₹81000/-, which I paid through UPI on Google Pay on 15th April, 2025. (Payment proof can be provided upon request.) Despite repeated follow-ups, the individual has failed to deliver the televisions. Initially, he gave various excuses about shipment delays, but now he is not responding to my calls or messages. It has become clear that I have been cheated, and I believe this act constitutes fraud and a criminal breach of trust. Details of the accused
