I had placed an online order on H & M India on 3rd July & wrong product was delivered so I had placed a return request & the product was picked up & delivered back to them. I had raised a complaint on 21st July as refund was not received & then again on 27th July, I was assured that the refund would be received within 24 hrs. Today again on 2 nd July I talked to the customer care executive & he assured me that the refund would be received within 2 to 3 hrs, but no refund.
