Hmc Company — They took 2000 rupees from me and not giving refund and not responding to my calls

I got a call on jan 1st from [protected] . She told me pay 1000 rupees for company purpose it will be refund in 45 days i got a work mail i couldn't completed my work in 2 days. She told me your refund processed in 45 days. Again I got a call from [protected]. She told me your refund is procesessing you have to pay 200 rupees fine for not completing work i paid again called not 200 pay 500. I send extra 300 rupees again called me send 500 rupees they are not updating please trust me i'm HR refund will came in 10 mins i sent money blindly but now she is not responding to my calls please help me to get back my money
