Hmc Infotech — They took 15000 rs from me and not giving any refund they are cheating me

I already complained then two people called me and gain they said they ll refund 7000 but didn't refund anything I want to take serious action the fst lady contacted me was and her phone number :[protected]
In total they took 15000 rs from me in intervald
