I am writing to raise a formal complaint against Hobfit.in regarding an unsatisfactory experience with their services.
Initially, I opted for a 1-month Zumba class as part of my weight loss journey. However, after a call with the fitness consultant Ms. Mansha, I was convinced to take a 3-month plan based on her promises of regular guidance and dedicated tracking.
Unfortunately, after enrolling and making a payment of ₹6, 697, the service quality dropped significantly. Neither the dietitian nor Ms. Mansha made any consistent effort to monitor my progress. The follow-ups were irregular, and there was no daily tracking or support, which had clearly been promised.
I also raised a concern directly with Ms. Mansha, but she never responded, which was highly unprofessional and disappointing.
This lack of professionalism, false promises, and failure to deliver agreed services amount to poor service and negligence. I request a full or partial refund for the unsatisfactory services provided.
