overall reading the all the reviews we have booked 10 passengers package with holiday dmc ms preeti was our tour coordinate
our package amount was 22000 per passenger they told payment policy 50% advance and 50% after receiving all confirmation
we have receive all the confirmation voucher flight ticket on timely basis all the time team was in our touch
we feel fully comfortable during the trip we have received all the timing related information on whatsapp group
we are fully satisfied with holdiay dmc
may be we some are not happy with holiday dmc with we are totally satisfied with holiday dmc

When i generated query, i received a very good package in terms of money so i was happy and made full payment. However, after making the payment it was me only who was following up for each and every thing with company.
No one bothered to come back to me with all the things in one go.
First: after making payment i did not received any email for acknowledgement that full payment has been received by company. After asking 7 - 8 times only i received an email from their finance department.
Second: I booked for Kerala trip wherein, we booked for 04 hotels in different cities. I was told that i will get hotel confirmation only 15 days prior, which i am unable to understand why so if i had made full payment i should get in advance. I am myself a Reservation Manager and worked with big brands domestic & international like IHG, Carlson, Kempinski, leela, Atlantis and i understand how TA booking works.
Since they did not make payment to hotel no booking was there.
Third: i have called them when only 12 days were left for my trip asking for hotel confirmation and they said they will share tomorrow positively.
Upon not receiving the same i personally called up hotels and checked, and shocked when they told me they do not have any booking and not received any confirmation. I have called 15 - 22 times to the agent Preeti and Rahul but no positive response. Most of the time they did not pick my call and if picked they said they are sending.
Next day i was after them since morning wasting my time and too much headache i was able to receive the same by 09 PM in the night that too only for 02 hotels. First & 03rd.
Fourth: For second hotel which was a house boat they told me driver in Kerala will give information for which i said ok. However, for fourth hotel i again followed up for 02 days and kept calling more then 20 times and offered with false promises and got confirmation.
Fifth: Upon reaching Kerala i checked with my driver for houseboat and he had no clue. Waooooooo.
I contacted again my agent and they said they will share details by evening. Still a false promise. Next day i should be enjoying my vacation but unfortunately my day passed in tension and i had to follow up till 0830 in the evening to get hotel confirmation.
Overall the experience with company was very bad and i will never recommend anyone to book from them. In case you are booking be ready for headache.
Its better to pay other agencies higher and get services done at a ease.
P.S. - One of the staff called Rahul was very very Rude. If you will ask him something he will hang up the phone on your face with no apologies if you confront him.

I faced a fraud from this company too and have still not received my refund back. I had booked a trip to Maldives for August 2019 for a package of 85000. They took 40000 advance amount and then rest amount in installments. They gave me false assurance till my last day that your trip in confirmed and we are waiting for flight confirmations and just 5 hours before the flight time, they told me that my trip is cancelled since they did not get flight confirmations. I called them 10000 times, they talk rudely and now don't pick up calls. I have launched so many complaints, but no response. The guy named Rahul abused me saying do whatever you want, we will not return money.
I am tired hunting them now. They are fraud company and should be behind bars for doing frauds with people.
