Holiday Hut — No refund or rescheduling for trip

I have booked a trip to Singapore and Malaysia with holiday hut before covid i.e. 1st week of January 2020. The trip was scheduled in April 2020. I have done all the payment of the trip to holiday hut of around 2.8 lacs in 1st week of Jan 2020 itself. Due to the pandemic everything was shutdown in april 2020 and hence the trip got cancelled. I was in touch with Shubham Kathuria, General Manager, Holiday Hut who is managing our trip. I asked for the refund as everyone got the refund if the trip is cancelled due to pandemic. But I was said that the amount could not be refunded and we will reschedule the trip once flight opens. It's been two years since I am chasing holiday hut, yet I haven't received any rescheduling information or refund. From two years I am only getting one answer we will reschedule your trip without any further information.
