I received a phone call customer care executive (Mr. Abhishek sharma) of holidaysplaner on[protected]. They told, i will get the dell insprion 15r 5537 i7 (Laptop) free of cost with its holiday package of rs. 11, 888/- and confirm by mail. I have paid on their website www.holidaysplaner.com rs. 11, 888/- from my card. I received confirmation mail about money received mail on[protected]. Now when i first time talked to his customer care executive on phone, they say i would get a holiday package voucher and a laptop in 5 to 7 working days. Now after 5 days, i called her customer support number - [protected], saying that they sent a courier of the only holiday package voucher. When i asked them about both item (Holiday packet voucher and a laptop), they replay me first you get your holiday package voucher and a hp code mentioned in voucher, hp code will mail it to us and the confirmation will be done in 3 days. Will be sent laptop after this process. After this i often call the phone for the tracking id of the courier of the holiday package voucher, but did not generate the tracking id horizontally every time and kept saying that the courier is in the way. Their customer care executives could also give a satisfactory or systematic answer and often did not take phone or cut the phone. After a lot of phone and mail, those people gave me the tracking id on[protected] and on the courier track, it became clear that those people sent the courier on[protected]. I got this courier on[protected].in the courier there was 8-page black and white booking form of the holiday planner, which i could also print myself. The hp code (00135za) mentioned in this form which i mailed them to [protected]@holidaysplaner.com & [protected]@holidaysplaner.com on[protected]. Confirmation mail received the hp code have received also. After 3 days of this mail i called, they says courier partner do not bookings due to diwali, they send courier after diwali on[protected].
I received a call from holidaysplaner's recordable line [protected] that we had sent your laptop but damaged on the road, the company could not provide another laptop so you will be given your money back. I argued with them and they asked for my card number, name, expiry date, cvv and otp for refund purpose. If i do not tell him about all these details, he will not refund me without this details. I talked to him many times in this regard but he did not accept it. I can write a check as a second refund route, but for that he said that he would prepare a minimum cheque of rs. 50000 and you will have to pay the balance money. After around week they told me now if you want laptop you have to pay gst rs. 9000/ -. I told them that you told me that i would get the holiday package and del inspirion 15r 5537 i7 laptop both item in rs. 11888/- so i will not pay extra money. They said they would not send a laptop without the extra payment. I told them to send mail regarding gst amount of laptop and refund, but they did not send mail. I have all the mail and recording of phone calls.
I paid my money for 34 days but still i did not get a laptop or refund.
It's seems that this company does not give laptop or does not give refund and have to pay other money from me.
