Holy family hospital — Tramazac pd given to my mother

I had taken my mother for a body checkup at holy family hospital. From there they suggested me to take her to gynaecology doctor michelle victor who in turn suggested me to take my mother to surgery doctor bryan sodder. Dr bryan gave my mother some medicines including tab tramazac pd three times a day. After my mother took two of the tablets her vomiting started. She could not even drink water. Took her fast to emergency dept again at holy family where injection was given to her further the doctor told us that dr Bryan is available at second floor, took my mother to him he made us wait for 45 minutes outside even without showing some concern. He then again gave some medicines and told us to go home. Even after taking the injection and the medicines my mothers vomiting did not stop. Again bought her to holy family hospital and got her admitted.
Why was tramaz pd given to a 57 year old lady when it was a notorious drug for vomiting.
Secondly one of the nurses in the hospital naming stenning baby was trying to remove blood from three different wrong places from my mothers hand for which she could not bare the pain and there are some green patches on her hand.
Can anyone believe such a thing happening at holy family bandra west hospital.
