Home Credit Finance Company — i had paid all my dues with interest but my cibil status does not change

I had taken loan in 2014 for tv. I had paid all my emi except last. All emi is through account automattically. But company said you dont pay last emi. Now i came to know in 2017 that 4640 amount is pending. I contact to home credit and i had paid my all dues with interest which is required by company having account no [protected]. And company send me no due certificate. After this my cibil is not updated to clear existing account. Home credit finance
