Due to pandemic we are lot depended on online service one such service is home guru. They provide tutors for your kids. They are complete fraud as they charge parent and will never pay teachers due to which teachers are not interested in taking classes. They will ask parents to make payments in advance and then they will not conduct those classes.
I would request parents not to go ahead with these kind of services at all. We have already suffered because of them(Mental and money wise) also. They have taken advance payment from us and now are not conducting the classes.
They dont have any mechanism to track the attendance due to which parents have to mark attendance every day doing that also they dont pay teachers on time.
They dont have any way to track the payment due to which they will ask parents to pay extra for the classes which never happened. Was this information helpful? |
