Am writing to you to express my disappointment with the recent purchase of the Bluse Starsc from Vellachey Store. I purchased the product a week ago and unfortunately, it has stopped working due to improper installation.
I have tried contacting Vellachey Store several times through phone and email, but have not received any response from them. This has left me frustrated and disappointed with the quality of service provided by the store.
I am writing to request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue. I would appreciate it if someone could come and re-install the Bluse Starsc or provide me with a replacement product that is in good working condition.
