I have booked a garment steamer order No.[protected] and same has delivered on 14/12/2014 and found that is not working as per description on TV and complained on 17/12/2014 complain no.[protected] to refund my paid amount Rs.1099/- but no response has been received so far and repeatedly complained but no any reply received till date I again complained to day vide complain no.[protected]. I requested to please my refund within 2 days failing which I am bound to take protection of consumer forum.
