Hello Sir/Mam,

This is to say that I ordered a Swing Morning Walker costing Rs. 2500/-and received it in a damaged state. Now calling them but they are not even picking up the phone! It is not even the piece that I ordered. It is a different red colored piece and I had ordered a blue one.
Looks like it is a fake website because a lady did pick up the phone but she did not respond. They phone number is given in big numbers with 24x7 calling facility and also Easy Returns is given but now They are not picking up the phone.- [protected]

Please help me to get the refund .
